Q: What time does the race start?
A: In order to create the safest and least congested course, the start times are as follows:

  • 5K run will start at 8:30 am
  • 5K challenge will start at 8:40 am
  • 5k walk will start at 8:50am 

Please line up accordingly and listen for announcements beginning at 8:00 am.

 Q: Where does the race start?  End?
A: The race starts and ends at Lake Andrea in Pleasant Prairie, WI

Q: Is there a course time limit?
A: We support a 2 1/2 hour course completion.

Q: Where do I pick up my race packet?
A: Race packets can be picked up on race day starting at 7:00am.

Q: Can someone else pick up my packet for me?
A: Yes.

Q: I can’t make it to the city can you mail me my packet?
A: No, unfortunately we are unable to mail out packets.  You can have someone else pick up your packet.

Q: I can’t run, can I get a refund?
A: If you tell us before April 22, 2010, we will issue you a credit towards next year’s event.

Q: I can’t run, can I still get my packet?
A: Yes.

Q: I can’t run, can I give my entry to someone else?
A: No. 

Q: I have a friend who would like to volunteer, can he help?
A: YES!  We always need an extra set of hands! 

Q: Aid Stations on course?
A: There is one aid station on the 5K course.

Q: Where are the port-o-johns located?
A: Restroooms are available at the start/finish area.

Q: Timing?
A: The race will be timed using electronic timing technology.

Q: Can I register at packet pickup?
A: Yes  *Please note: there will be an additional charge for registering at packet pickup and goodie bag items may be limited.

Q: Are strollers allowed?
A: Yes. We ask that you start near the end of the group out of consideration for other runners.

Q: Does a child riding in a stroller need to be registered?
A: No.

Q: Is there an age minimum or maximum?
A: No. All are welcome.

Q: Are dogs allowed?
A: No. Please do not bring dogs on the course.

Q: Are bikes allowed?
A: No.

Q: Are walkers allowed?
A: Yes.
