The beautiful Lake Andrea is the site of our 1st Kenosha 5k Run/Walk Challenge!   The 5K course is 3.1 miles.  There will be water stops on the course after each of the obstacles.  Official times will be taken using electronic chip timing.  

Wave 1 – 5k race runners 8:30am
Wave 2 – 5k challenge runners 8:40am
Wave 3 – 5k walkers 8:50am

This race benefits the Catholic Youth Organization Band in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The Kenosha CYO Band, established in 1939, is the LAST remaining CYO Band in the world!

Obstacles to include:
Tire Run, Box Jump, Jump Rope, Over/Under, Water Run, and a special surprise obstacle at the end!
The obstacles start at mile 1 and are designed to be fun and challenging for people of all fitness levels. The more fit and coordinated you are, the faster you will be able to complete the challenge and move on. Everyone will be able to do the obstacles, regardless of fitness level, and if you choose to not to a particular obstacle (for any reason) you can opt to do a set of 20 pushups in it’s place.

1st, 2nd, 3rd fastest Male/Female (excluding overall) in age categories: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

5k Challenge –
Overall fastest Male/Female
1st, 2nd, 3rd fastest Male/Female (excluding overall) in age categories: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

Those running their first 5k will receive a special award as well!
